Which of course begs the question “what level would be sustainable?” and the article doesn’t really answer that one. It would be interesting to see this data broken down by college/university and the level of qualification pursued. That would give us a much better idea of what was going on because, on the face of it, attracting lots of paying foreign students, 79% of whom go home after completing their studies, doesn’t seem like a bad idea.
